Micro-Rings
Micro Ring hair extensions are attached using tiny rings that come in various colour's to match your clients hair. They also come in different sizes to fit the stands of hair. For example, 0.5 gram strands fit 4mm size rings and 0.8-1 gram strands fits 55mm size rings. The micro ring are threaded onto the natural hair and the stick tip hair strand is inserted into the ring. The ring is then clamped closed to secure. This is a very hair friendly method when used with silicon lined rings. These strands are commonly known as Stick Tip/I-Tip.
Pre-Bonded
This is a very popular bonding method which eliminates the use of a glue gun. Keratin pre-bonded hair is used for this method and is applied using a heat connector. Pre-bonded strands are available in various weights i.e. 0.5 grams, 0.8 grams and 1 gram per strand. 0.5 gram strands are suitable for thin/fine hair and 1 gram strands are more suited for thick hair. These pre-bonded strands are commonly known as Nail Tip.
Remy Hair
Remy hair means that the hair has been kept in the same direction as it was taken from the head. The cuticles have been maintained and aligned keeping them in the natural direction. Remy/Remi hair is found in all hair origins whether it be Chinese or European. Remy hair again comes in all different grades and qualities. There is top quality remy hair out there as there is poor quality remy hair.
